In June 1933 the Vacuum Filler changed name to Vacumatic. Two price tiers were introduced: Top Line and Bottom Line.
Early Top Line Standards featured rare nibs engraved "Vacumatic DeLuxe". Subsequently, the innovative two-tone nib engraved "USA PARKER" became standard.

Black Windowed replaced by fully transparent black. Green introduced.
Nib changed to PARKER USA. Brown introduced in 1936.
A special 1938 version was produced with a 9-carat solid gold or gold-filled broad cap band.
In 1939 the streamlined Speedline Standard with the Speedline filler replaced the Lockdown Standard.
