In July 1932 Parker introduced the Golden Arrow. It was followed by rapid name changes:
The plunger could be locked in a down position by twisting the blind cap — hence the term Lock-Down Fill or Twist-Fill. These models featured a short blind cap with a tassie ring and jewel.
Lockdown models were produced with three different cap band styles.
