INTRODUCTION

The Speedline Junior replaced the Lockdown Junior when Parker introduced the aluminium Speedline filler in 1937.

The Junior was part of the Bottom Line series and can be identified by:

• Two cap bands
• Black clip screw and tassie
• Smaller overall size compared to Major and Maxima
• Aluminium Speedline filler (1937–1941)

DIMENSIONS

• Approx. 14 mm wide
• Approx. 124 mm long (closed)

Measurements may vary slightly in production.

CLIP VARIATIONS

• Arrow clip (1937–1939)
• Blue Diamond clip (1939 onward)

Unlike Top Line models, the jewels remained black.

Speedline Juniors were typically available in:

• Black
• Grey
• Red
• Green
• Brown
