The very first "Vacumatics" were test marketed in July 1932 and were known as the Golden Arrow. They carried the body imprint:
"Golden Arrow Made In USA"
The Golden Arrow exists in black or grey, and also in a clear plastic Demonstrator version that was not part of the regular production line.

Most Golden Arrows have the 1932–1933 "Parker Vacuum Filler Made in USA" nib.
One extremely rare nib variant exists with a gold arrow soldered on top of the platinum plated nib for a three-dimensional appearance. Some nibs also carry a large gold "V" pointed towards the tip. The nib is the most commonly replaced part of the pen and many surviving examples have later factory replacement nibs.
Most Golden Arrows have the 1932–1933 Vacuum Filler nib (right). The arrow nib (left) is extremely rare. For nibs found on later models see here.
Golden Arrow and early Vacuum fillers exist in many variations not found in the later Vacumatic line.
Very few Golden Arrow pencils have been found. These are similar to early (pre-1935) Vacumatic pencils but are imprinted "Golden Arrow".
Production lasted only from July to November 1932, making these pens exceptionally rare.
